CORE EXERCISES – THE BEST THERE IS….

Everyone has heard at some point that core exercises are essential to a great workout and good overall health.

Finding the right core exercises for you can be a pretty daunting task.   However, we feel like Coach Magazine (UK) has put together a pretty solid list of core exercises to consider.  There is enough variety here to keep even the most jaded fitness enthusiast moving and in great shape.

Here’s their list:

  1. Eat Plenty of Soluble Fiber.
  2. Avoid Foods That Contain Trans Fats.
  3. Don’t Drink Too Much Alcohol.
  4. Eat a High-Protein Diet.
  5. Reduce Your Stress Levels.
  6. Don’t Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods.
  7. Do Aerobic Exercise (Cardio)
