A recent article from The Jakarta Post proposed a seemingly impossible task – losing belly fat in less than a week.

Is it possible?   While it’s certainly interesting to pursue, keep in mind that the anything you do for your overall health and well-being is a worthy investment.   Not everyone will have the same results in the same time – and a week may not be enough for notable results.  However, a week is plenty of time to create some great new habits!
