WHEN’S THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE: MORNING OR EVENING?

The question has been asked many times – what’s the best time to work out?   Morning or evening?

Many different health and wellness experts have their opinions.

According to Dave Smith, a professional weight-loss coach, as quoted in Forbes Magazine – the answer is the morning:

“For most people, that means getting exercise out of the way as early in the day as possible. Putting it off until later in the day creates too many opportunities for other ‘priorities’ to replace the time that a person intended for exercise.”

For some, this may be great, but the best time to workout for you is the time you have available.

If your morning routine is jam-packed with getting kids ready for school and getting yourself out the door, a better time may be across your lunch hour, or even a quick stop at the gym on your way home from the office.
